What Reelify is

Reelify helps you cut a video file you already have into vertical 9:16 clips. The video is processed inside your own browser. You can pick a file, or paste a direct link to a video file; in that case your browser downloads the file straight from the site that hosts it. Reelify does not download from YouTube, Vimeo, TikTok, Instagram, Spotify, Apple Podcasts and similar sites. If it is your own video, download it from your creator dashboard and use the file. Reelify suggests moments from the transcript of your video when captions exist and from its audio loudness otherwise, lets you adjust them, and exports MP4 files to your device.

Reelify is in early access. It is a first version, features will change, and things will sometimes break.

Your content stays yours

You keep ownership of your videos, transcripts, captions and the clips you export. Your video is not uploaded to Reelify and we do not receive, store or review it.

You promise that you have the right to use and clip the video you pick or link to, including any footage, music, images or speech from other people that is in it.

What you must not do

• use Reelify on content that is illegal or that infringes someone else’s copyright, trademark, privacy or other rights;
• use it for content that harasses, threatens or abuses a person or group, or any sexual content involving minors;
• try to break, overload or get around Reelify’s plan limits, or interfere with the service or other people’s accounts.

We may disable an account if we believe these rules have been broken or to protect people or the service.

Accounts

You sign in with your Whop account. Keep it secure; you are responsible for what happens under it. Your plan is read from your Whop membership.

Plans and billing

• Free: videos up to 30 minutes, 5 clips per video, Classic captions and a Reelify watermark on exports.
• Pro ($9 a month, a founding price that stays the same for as long as you stay subscribed; the price for new customers may go up): videos up to 3 hours, up to 15 clips per video, all 6 caption styles (5 are Pro) and no watermark.

Pro is billed through Whop and can be cancelled from your Whop account. Payments are handled by Whop under Whop’s own terms. Current details are on the pricing page. Refunds and cancellations follow Whop’s checkout terms.

As is, during early access

Reelify is provided “as is” and “as available” during early access. We do not promise that it will always be available or error-free, that suggested moments will be good ones, or that exports will succeed on every device and file. Because nothing is saved on a server, clips you do not download are lost when you close the page. To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for losses that come from using Reelify.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as Reelify grows. The date at the top shows when they last changed. If you keep using Reelify after a change, you accept the new version. How we handle personal data is explained on the Privacy page.

To contact us, use the Contact support option on the Reelify page on Whop. The Reelify community (forums and chat) is hosted by Whop. What you post there is covered by Whop’s terms and by the community rules pinned in the Start Here forum, and moderators may remove posts that break them.
